Today was such a day for indulgence…but isn’t that what Paris is all about?
I was tired of stale bread from the grocery store. A baguette is 1EUR50 and baked fresh and delicious and an indulgence thats worth it. Today I had:
2 yogurts (60 cal each)
goats cheese pesto sandwhich from bakery
half a baguette with at one point nutella, one point cream cheese (damn)
a bowl of tabouleh
a pain au chocolat (everyone got one…arghf)
5 dried figs
a salad with beans and beansprouts
i’m just hungry all the time…winter blues…the weather, the new place, the crappy sickness

Day 2 Ripped in 30
So I did my workout at 4:20am and I really wanted to sleep and I’m exhausted and I have a meeting with my manager in 5 hours and then class and a million things but I did it anyway and now I can sleep well. This is what I need to bring. I did it anyway.
And I want Miley’s ear to a T.
-this vegetarian potato tomato califlower hippie stew and they gave me a lot so i split it up for breakfast and dinner
-1 cup instant hot chocolate from powder at a meeting
-thai soup homemade
-15 crispi minis (120cal)
-a little white rice with this pink filipino pork tocino thing, a small piece that could fit in the palm of my hand (300cal?)
-70 cal coconut water
2 eggs on roti (120cal) with roasted portobello mushrooms and peppers. i don’t cook eggs with oil.
probably 200 calories of sporadic chocolate
100 cal bag of sunchips
half a chicken caesar wrap about size of fist and a half
a veggie wrap (tomato, lettuce and cucumber, no sauce or additives)
1 small coffee
1 small chicken noodle soup
1 small chicken rice soup
maybe 100 cal or coconut water
half a grapefruit
Day 1 of Ripped Round 2
So I had to stop for a while. I had training and school and whatever excuses and now its October and I’m leaving for Paris in January and I want to look good and feel good and start my life over.
So let’s start now. October 2nd.
I weigh about 184 pounds last time I checked. I eat roughly 1500 cal a day.
Lets get me down to 160 for Paris. Is that doable? But lets begin with 6 pounds for October. I’m driven and I’m going to do it.
So I did my workout today and it went pretty well, easy to get back into and I did the harder versions of all the moves. Starting at level 1 ripped in 30. No turning back!
1 half pear
1 oatmeal with raisins and flax and a little cocoa
1 small bowl of couscous and tofu thing, not too good, threw out
1 passion tea drink
1 oat bar from starbucks
1.5 bowls of rice chicken soup thing the lovely francis made
1 bowl of homemade thai soup
2 ginger cookies with a small glass of milk
1 fruit tonight…?
trying not to eat past 8 but rounds make it sooo tempting
DAY 21 & 22
Because I took a brief hiatus for my exam week, I did an extra day of Level 3. I lost a bit of the momentum, but I move in to my dorm tommorow and will be starting Level 4.
