and ive been going everyday since Tuesday, so this was day 3.
Tues- 1 hr spin, 1 hr hot yoga
Wed- 1 hr spin, 1 hr hatha yoga
Thurs- 1 hr spin, 30 min Abs class
and so i’ll keep logging the other things I do
I love spinning la la laaaa
my weight is fluctuating between 186-188 so I won’t weigh until after the 2 weeks because its getting off putting and im not eating very much at all, mainly vegetable soup, ricotta, and tea
