Done Day 4, 11pm, midterm tomorrow, not prepared, but i worked out anyway. my projected finish date of this is…Monday November 4th! Woohoooo
eggs and peas
homemade rice crispie and small slice pumpkin loaf
Did it at 10:30pm even though i have to study for a midterm #commitment
egg with peas, feta, and peppers
beans and chickpeas and lean steak
peas and bocconcini and pepper
Did it at 9am, woohoo!
Can’t remember what I ate…I think it was yogurt and almond milk and berries, soup, beans and a piece of lean steak and…oh right 6 small tortilla chips with sour cream
So done Ripped in 30, first level, first round. I remember disliking this level, but in any case it is way easier to do it now than before. I don’t get it…its like I’m physically heavier than when i left (by about 7 pounds) but I feel more fit…I don’t know. In any case, I’m looking at losing 10 pounds this month so here’s to that!
- popcorn (air popped)
- chicken noodle soup (homemade, assume all soups are homemade)
- hummus and cucumbers
- 1 slice of bread in coffee (don’t ask, its an italian thing)
- greek yogurt thinned with almond milk, added berries and flax and honey
